How We Are Funded
A ministry built on integrity.
Faithful Presence is a 100% centrally-funded ministry. That means no staff member is required to raise their own salary or operating expenses, a deliberate structural choice that shapes everything about how we operate.
It means our team can focus entirely on the people they serve, not on the pressure of personal fundraising. It means we can recruit the most qualified candidates regardless of their personal donor networks. It means women and minorities face one fewer obstacle to joining this work. It means new staff can begin serving immediately. And it means the people in our care receive continuity, not gaps when a staff member transitions.
